How we operate.

$0 Diagnostic Fee

We do NOT charge a diagnostic fee. Bring your device in — we assess it for free before any work begins.

Upfront Cost Estimate

A detailed estimate is provided before any work begins. If additional issues are found, we inform you and seek approval first.

Repair Turnaround

Most repairs done in under 15 minutes. We aim to complete repairs within the time frame specified and communicate any delays.

30-Day Warranty

All repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. Same issue comes back — we fix it free, no questions asked.

Data Protection

Your data privacy is our priority. We may need your device password to test functionality. We never access personal data.

Payment Methods

We accept Debit Card, CashApp, and Venmo. Full payment required upon completion — nothing taken upfront.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled repair. A 25% fee may apply for parts already ordered.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting devices. Please remove passwords or security locks when possible.

Liability Disclosure

Vancouver Phone Repair is not responsible for further damage if a technician provides a verbal disclosure about a repair risk.

30-Day warranty, explained.

What is covered

Parts and labor for the specific repair performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we fix it at no charge — no questions asked.

What is not covered

New physical damage after repair, liquid exposure after repair, and damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts after our service.

How to claim warranty

Walk in or call (360) 946-9898. Let us know it was recently repaired here. We'll assess and repair at no charge if it falls under warranty.
